Our Remote Support team is always ready to answer the call and provide any assistance required without the wait for an on-site visit. During the remote-control support session, we share the computer screen and communicate via phone.

We use TeamViewer to provide remote assistance and technical support to our Clients.
TeamViewer includes full encryption, based on RSA private-/public key exchange and AES (256 Bit) session encoding. This technology is based on the same standards as https/SSL and is considered completely safe by today’s standards.

Even though we typically focus on Support services for companies located in the GTA area, we have the capability to provide remote support to just about anyone regardless of physical location.
We are also happy to come on-site if further attention is needed.
