IT Support Specialist
About the Position
We are looking for a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team and help manage our clients’ IT environments. This role requires a strong foundation in cybersecurity, network administration, and cloud solutions, along with advanced expertise in various Microsoft products. If you are adaptable and ready to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this position could be for you. Training will be provided for some specialized tools, but a solid base in IT support and the listed areas of expertise is required.
Responsibilities
- 1. Provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting, and solutions for both Windows and Mac iOS environments.
- 2. Manage and support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Intune, and SharePoint with advanced technical knowledge.
- 3. Oversee and configure SonicWall firewalls to ensure network security and performance.
- 4. Support backup management and monitoring through NinjaOne.
- 5. Implement and support Huntress Cybersecurity solutions through self-guided training and application.
- 6. Utilize Datto RMM (training provided) for remote monitoring and management of client devices.
- 7. Perform regular security checks, updates, and backups to maintain system integrity.
- 8. Communicate with clients to assess and address their IT needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1. Advanced Knowledge in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, and SharePoint.
- 2. Basic Knowledge of SonicWall firewall configuration and administration.
- 3. Proficiency in Windows and Mac iOS operating systems.
- 4. Willingness to complete self-training in Huntress Cybersecurity tools.
- 5. Familiarity with RMM and backup solutions (Datto RMM and NinjaOne preferred; training provided).
Preferred Qualifications
- 1. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- 2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- 3. Relevant certifications (Microsoft, SonicWall, etc.) are a plus but not required.
